Sandra Kay Runyon 1954 - 2017 Sandra Kay Runyon, 63, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born October 13, 1954 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents Lester "Buddy" Stickler and Sylvia Jean Riley Stickler. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Runyon; one son; one daughter; four brothers Robert Lester Stickler, Danny Stickler, Mike Stickler and Clifford Stickler; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Rev. Eddie Salmons officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
