Sara Beth Green, 39, of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at home. She was born May 18, 1978 in Huntington, WV. She is survived by two sons Dorian Ruggles and Bryce Willis; her mother Robin Neal; aunt and uncle Laura and Ermel Arthur of Chesapeake, Ohio; uncle and aunt Mark and Linda Stark of Chesapeake, Ohio; Uncle Randy and Jackie Stark of Zeeland, MI; and numerous cousins, family and friends. She was preceded in death by papaw James “Sonny” and Juanita Stark and one brother James “Evan” Neal. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
