Sharon K Hackworth's Obituary
Sharon K. Hackworth, 75, of South Point, OH passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. She was born February 1, 1947 to the late Everette and Betty (Coyle) Hartley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul E. Hartley; and her husband, Donald Hackworth. She is survived by three children, Tonya (Tim) Leighty of South Point, OH, Pete (Teresa) Hackworth of Huntington, WV, Dawn (Glenn) Brown of NC; seven grandchildren, Ashlee (Matt) Burd, Brett, Tyler (Ally), Matthew (Charly) Hackworth, Daniel and Donnie Brown and Danielle (Corwin) Freeze; seven great grandchildren, Landry, Maci Rae, Kylee, Kenlee, Connor, Braydon and Jayce; several nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point, OH.
