Shelbe Marie Rowe, 29, of Kenova, WV passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born June 4, 1992 in Huntington, WV. She is survived by her mother, Johnna Stiltner; father and stepmother, Gregg and Penny Stiltner; two brothers, Dakota Stiltner and Brendan Short; aunts, Lisa Hathaway and Kristie Ratliff; aunts and uncles, Bridget and Eric Grant, and Bethany and Nate Osborne; numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins; and special friends, Faith Ramey, Carl Price, III and Kim Noble. She was employed by Ulta Cosmetics, Ashland, KY as a beauty advisor. Shelbe was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Phillip Rowe and Clara Rowe; and paternal grandparents, Greg and Sharon Stiltner. Services will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
