Shelby Jean Clark, 77, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Born on February 7, 1947, in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Myrtle Rice, and 4 brothers, Michael Rice, James Griffing, Herbert Rice, and Butch Rice. Shelby is survived by her sisters, Carol (Jim) Booth of Chesapeake, OH, and Anita (David) Carey of Coal Grove, OH; brothers, Gary Rice of Chesapeake, Jeff (Carol) Rice of South Point, OH, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio, with Pastor Paul Bartrum and Pastor Michael Dray, officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville, Ohio.
