Shelva "Fuzzy" Ferris, Jr., 73, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at home. He was retired from Prosthetics and Orthotics business. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery, Willow Wood, Ohio.
