Shirley R. Johnson's Obituary
Shirley R. Johnson, 83, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born on July 8, 1937 in Chesapeake, OH to the late Herbert Johnson and Garnet McConnell Johnson. He was also preceded in death by his three brothers Charles Goug Johnson, Paul Buddy Johnson, and Jerry Johnson; and one sister Mary Kearns. He was retired from Ensign Electric. He is survived by his wife Marie Johnson; five sons Robert (Cathy) Johnson, Michael (Mary) Johnson, Larry France, Charlie France, and Danny France; one daughter Teresa Fryer; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM, Sunday March 28, 2021 at Greasy Ridge Church of Christ Fellowship Hall with Pastor Robert Johnson officiating. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
