Steven R. Deal, 65, of Huntington, WV. passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Deal. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Delbert Dixon officiating.
