Steven Ray Jeffrey, 44, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016 at home. He was born October 19, 1972 in Huntington, WV. He is survived by his mother Belva Stanley; two sisters Deborah Byrd and Pearl (Roy) Scarberry; and uncle Donald Hatten. There will be no services.
