Steven Dale Maynard's Obituary
Steven Dale Maynard, 60, of Ironton, Ohio passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at King’s Medical Center, Ashland, Ky. He was born December 7, 1958 in Lawrence County, Ohio son of the late James and Avanelle Taylor Maynard. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother James Vernon Maynard. He was a volunteer fireman with Upper Township Fire Department, Ironton, Ohio. He worked at Wal-Mart for 15 years and was Santa Claus at Christmas time. He was former Sunday School Superintendent, Youth Director and Trustee as his church. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Terri Fout Maynard; one son James (April) Maynard; siblings David Maynard, Jami (Bill) Osborne, Lisa Winland and John (Angie) Maynard; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Maynard Family Cemetery, Ironton, Ohio. There will be no visitation.
