Sybil J. Vance's Obituary
Sybil J. Vance, 79, beloved mother, grandmother, and aunt, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025 at Harbor Healthcare in Ironton, OH. She was born June 25, 1946 to the late Oscar Vowell and Elizabeth Fisher. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Vance.
Sybil is survived by her son Paul II, two cherished granddaughters Brandi ad Camryn, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Monday September 22, 2025 at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home Chesapeake, OH with Brother John Sturgill officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery Chesapeake, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
