Sylvia D. Javins' Obituary
Sylvia D. Javins, 76, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born December 15, 1943 in Birmingham, England. She was a member of Finley Methodist Church. She was former manager of Goodwill in Chesapeake, Ohio and presently was a part time employee of Gabriel Brothers. She is survived by her husband, Cebert Javins; two sons Nathan Javins of Fort Bragg, NC and Craig Javins of Memphis, TN; two grandchildren Nicholas and Nevin Javins; two brothers; and three sisters.
