Sylvia Jane Staley, 83, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born on October 2, 1941, in Chesapeake, OH, to the late Granvil and Lillian Brammer. She was also preceded in death by her husband Jim Staley. Private Family Graveside Services will be held.
