Taggart "Shawn" Wolfe's Obituary
Taggart “Shawn” Wolfe, 61, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. Born on January 20, 1964, in Huntington, he was the son of the late Gary Wolfe and Gladys Annette Kunish. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Gary Scott Wolfe and Timothy Craig Wolfe. Shawn loved to write songs and poetry and play music. He enjoyed cooking and singing, and in his younger days, he was an avid disc golfer and excelled in sports. Shawn is survived by his wife, Johna Price; his children, Shawn Wolfe, Shayna Wolfe, Samantha Erwin, Stephen Wolfe, Sandra Wolfe and Christopher Gunsolus; numerous grandchildren; sister-in-law, Christine Wolfe Strole, and his nephews, Gary Scott Wolfe Jr., Michael David Wolfe, Eric Nathaniel Wolfe, Timothy Ryan Wolfe, Joshua Craig Wolfe, and Zachary Tyler Wolfe. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio, is assisting the family with arrangements.
