Tammie Lynn Kerns, 51, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born on June 23, 1969 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her father John Haney and husband Jamie Kerns. She was an employee of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Huntington, WV. She is survived by her mother Linda Haney; one daughter Tasha (Lee) Milam; one son P.J. Kerns; and four grandchildren Crimson, Bentley, Jackson, and Timmy. There will be no services held.
