Teddy Lee Adams' Obituary
Ted Lee Adams, 72, of Scottown, OH passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024. He was born May 12, 1951, in Dayton, OH. Ted was the son of the late Morton and Buryl Adams. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Sue Adams, brothers Danny and Steve and two infant sisters Pamela and Jana.Ted was a graduate of Symmes Valley High School. He served in the US Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a little league umpire and volunteered his time to help coach High School football and loved the Symmes Valley teams.Ted is survived by his brothers and sisters; Linda and Dennis Riffe, Tom and Becky Adams, Marsha and Phil Stevens, Debbie Brobst, Stephanie Wright, and Buryl Doreen Thompson-Adams. Also, his children, Tim and Lynette Adams from West Jefferson, Ohio, Tom and Kelly Adams from Kitts Hill, Ohio, Charlie Adams from Chesapeake, Ohio and Mike Adams from Flatwoods, KY. Seven Grandchildren, Tyler, Dylon, Kolton Adams, Austin Bridges, Michael (Rebecca) Adams, Alexis Adams, Holly Adams and one great granddaughter Adalia Bridges.Ted will be missed by many. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the outdoors and porch sitting. He loved spending time with the family and his beloved lifelong friends Danny Ray and Vickie Wilson from Scottown, OH.Services for Ted will include a visitation on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 PM. Family and friends may gather at McKinley Chapel Church Fellowship Hall on 775, Proctorville, OH following the service.
