Teresa “Terri” Lynn Chaney, 72, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Born on February 5, 1953, in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Daisy Nicholson Chaney. Terri worked as a Medical Assistant for Dr. Kirk J. David for many years and then retired from St. Mary’s Medical Center in 2020. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Terri is survived by her siblings, Jill (Tim) Tobin of Albany, NY, Janet (Brian) Salyers of Ashland, KY, and Jay (Eve) Chaney of Sparta, NJ; nieces, Kerry (Andrew) Tobin, Kelly Chaney, and Robin Chaney; nephew, Chris Shobe; great-nephew, Landon Tobin, and numerous special friends.
