Terry Melvin Carter's Obituary
TERRY MELVIN CARTER, age 67, passed away Friday, January 24, 2025 at St. Mary’s Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife, Amber Graham Carter; his parents, Melvin and Wilmena Carter; his children, Eric (wife, Candi) Carter and Delena Carter; his brothers, Keith (wife, Missy) Carter and Larry (wife, Kelly) Carter; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Keri Carter. Terry grew up and spent most of his life in Thurman, Gallia County, Ohio. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. He will be loved and missed forever. Condolences may be expressed at ehallfuneralhome.com
