Terry Fay Francis' Obituary
Terry Fay Francis, 75, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. Born on September 21, 1950, in Charleston, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harden and Ramona May Scragg; brothers, Ricky Scragg and Anthony “Tony” Adkins and sister, Annie. Terry was a homemaker and an avid WVU fan. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Glenn Imlay and Dr. Michael Black of Holzer in Proctorville. She is survived by her son, Timothy (Brittany) McDaniel; daughter, Colleen Stewart; grandsons, Dustin Barton, Kimberly Darling, and Nicolas (Brittney Sexton) Barton. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
