Thomas L. Adkins, 85, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Friday, August 23, 2024 in The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born June 21, 1939 in Logan County, WV son of the late Garland and Hester Lowe Adkins. He retired from INCO. Per his wishes, no services will be held.
