Thomas Earl Boggs, 62, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at home. He was born February 1, 1954 in Huntington, WV son of Betty Turley of Proctorville, Ohio and the late Robert Boggs. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife Diana Boggs; and a brother Wayne Boggs. In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter Christine Abram of Huntington, WV.; three brothers William (Judy) Boggs of Scottown, Ohio, Robert (Patricia) Boggs of Proctorville, Ohio and Paul Callicoat of Proctorville, Ohio; two sisters-in-law Rhonda Boggs and Robin Henderson; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
