Thomas Dale Lewis' Obituary
Thomas Dale Lewis, 70, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at home. He was born on December 21, 1954, in Huntington, WV, to the late Carl and Wanda Marcum. He was also preceded in death by his wife Georgia Lewis and infant son Thomas Lewis. He is survived by one daughter Nikki Lewis of Proctorville, OH; two sons Brent and Johnny Lewis of Proctorville, OH; and three grandchildren Dustin, Gabriel, and Zakiah. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 3 P.M. Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH.
