Timmy Lee Smith, 60, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at home. He was born on January 16, 1962, in Huntington, WV, to the late Robert and Wanda Riley Smith. He was also preceded in death by three sisters Cathy Baldwin, Janie Smith, and Cynthia Hunt. He is survived by one sister Bobbie Belle and several nieces and nephews.
