TIMOTHY E. EDWARDS, 51, of Ashland, KY, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014, at his residence. Funeral services will be 1 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in Getaway Cemetery. Timothy was born October 14, 1962, in Huntington, WV, a son of Phyllis Huff Edwards and the late Earl Emerson Edwards. He was a maintenance worker at McSweeney's Mine and Mill in South Point, OH. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lora Sullivan; his niece, Jessica Irby; and his step-daughter, Jessica Cohn. Timothy is survived by his mother, Phyllis Huff Edwards; his daughter, Megan (Shane) Craig; his son, Tyler Edwards; his fiance, Brenda Malone; his step-daughters, Ariel Cohn and Shianne Roberts; his step-granddaughters, Aubrey Porter and Arianne Cohn; his sisters, Sheila (Greg) Huff, Shelly (Billy) Rogers, and Lola (Steve) Roberts; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Monday, February 3, 2014, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH.
