Timothy Scot Osborne "Our Favorite Mountain Man", 57, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born on July 19, 1965 in Boone Co., WV to the late Ernest and Eileen (Vickers) Osborne. He is survived by his wife, Nicole Clary Osborne; children, David Seth Osborne, Timothy Adam Osborne, Maigen Rainey; brothers, Richard, David & Philip Osborne: sisters, Ladonna Pack, Janice Alcanter, Kathy Elkins, Gail Saunders, Nancy Foray; father and mother in law, Frank & Pam Clary and several nieces & nephews. Timothy was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family. Condolences may be expressed at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
