Tom Mossburg
1937 - 2016Tom Mossburg, 79, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday November 30, 2016 at the Wyngate at Rivers Edge, Proctorville. He was born September 25, 1937 in Parkersburg, WV, to the late William Douglas and Ruth Hayhurst Mossburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Carole Ann Mossburg. He is survived by one son Tommy (Lisa) Mossburg of Huntington, WV; three daughters Vicki (Greg) Legg of Maineville, Ohio,Debbie (Tim) Sheridan of Lebanon, Ohio and Cindy Vigani of Pittsburgh, Pa.; five grandchildren Jennifer Legg, Charles Ratcliff, Nicole (Jim) Cermak, Carole Ann Sheridan and Elliott Sheridan; great granddaughter Zoie Carolina Ratcliff; one sister Sarah (Clyde) Hopkins of Pennsboro, WV; one nephew James (Judy) Hopkins; and two nieces Alisa Shepler and Christy (Rodney) Myers. He was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Chesapeake, Ohio. He was also a member of Friendship Lodge #56 AF & AM West Union, WV, West Union O.E.S. #56 and a Scottish Rite Mason. He was an accountant for Trainer, Wright and Associates. Funeral mass will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, December 5, 2016 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church by Father Charles Moran. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
