Tommy Joe Hall, 69, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023 at his residence. He was born August 19, 1953 in Huntington, WV to the late Joe and Catherine (Wallace) Hall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Hall and brother-in-law, and James Floyd. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Hall; sister, Frances Floyd of Versailles, KY; brother, Curtis (Mary) Hall of Indianapolis, IN; sister-in-law Karen Sager (Stacy) of Iowa; sister-in-law Michelle Hall; brother-in-law, Thomas Barton (Tara) of KY, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and special life-long friends, Bill & Cindy McClure. Tommy enjoyed fishing and playing his guitar. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family. Private family services will be held.
