Tonia Lynn Parker, 49, of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born June 18, 1968 in Huntington, WV daughter of Steve and Penny Stewart. In addition to her parents she is survived by one son Jeffery Keith Parker; one daughter Samantha Jo Parker; and two brothers Steve and Johnny Stewart. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
