Tracie Shephard, 49, of New Albany, Indiana, formerly of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Tuesday July 19, 2022 at Baptist Health Hospital in New Albany, IN. She is survived by her daughter Amanda Shephard; grandson Shawn Bills; parents Wes and Judy Shephard; brother Ron (Lee Ann) Shephard; sister Leah Steger; one nephew Jeremy; one niece Heather and her three children. Celebration of Life will be held from 5 to 8 P.M. Friday, August 26th, 2022, at VFW Post #9738 in Guyandotte, WV. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family.
