Tracy Lynn Fulton, 51, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Monday April 24, 2023 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born November 30, 1971 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Craft Black. She is survived by her husband Paul Marvin Fulton; mother, Betty Black; children, Josh Fulton (Jayde), Brittany Hatfield (Brandon); 10 grandchildren, Colton, Aiden, Braison, Braelynne, Bryle, Braxton, Parker, Kinsley, Dawsen and Noah; sisters, Kristy Ticknor and Candi Johnson and grandmother, Edna Childers. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday April 28, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
