Travis E. Johnson's Obituary
Travis E. Johnson, 39, of Ashland, Ky passed away on Monday May 24, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Travis was born August 29, 1981 in Ashland, Ky. He was preceded in death by his father George Gene Johnson and father-in-law James M. Harris. Travis was a graduate of Paul G Blazer High School class of 2000. Travis was employed at Southern Hope Recovery Center as a Recovery Support Specialist/RA. Travis has touched the lives of so many people during his time here on earth and his loss is a tragedy to the heart. He is survived by his wife Leigh Ann (Harris) Johnson, his son Matthew Johnson, his mother Barbara Johnson, sister Barbie Johnson, nephew JJ Johnson, his step-children Kayla Meade, Kasey Meade (James Johnston), Kyle (Haley) Meade and Koty (Hannah) Meade, 11 step-grandchildren, mother-in-law Barbara (James) Floyd, brother-in-law Jamie (Mary Joe) Harris, sister-in-law Kathy Lewis, the entire Harris/Russell families, special friends Ryan Ross, Laykin Delong, Lj Flannery, Alexis Blake, David Hunt Mike Conley, an amazing boss Lisa Ross & his Southern Hope Recovery Center family co-workers and clients. I love you Travis!! Rest In Peace until we meet again my beautiful man. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
