Vicki Sue Webb's Obituary
Vicki Sue Cremeans Thompson Webb, 70, of Huntington, WV went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born October 9, 1952, in Huntington, WV, daughter of the late Jay and Dorothy Cremeans. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Gary Webb, and a special friend, Carolyn Douglass. Vicki is survived by her husband, Scott Webb; two daughters, Angie Shockley and Kristi Short; four grandchildren, Jake (Jessica) Thompson, Chris Shockley, Savannah Shockley and Kassidi (Dillon) Young; three grandchildren, Elias, Maura, and Shea Thompson; a sister, Diana Fortner; a brother, Rick (Debbie) Cremeans; sister-in-law, Debbie Carter; brother-in-law, David Webb; and many nieces, nephews; and extended family and friends dear to her heart. She was active in her church, Central Freewill Baptist, where she also taught Sunday School class when her children were young. She was employed for 28 years plus at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV as a Registered Nurse in the Pulmonary Unit. Vicki was a wonderful mom, grandmother, an all-around giving person and loved her family with all her heart. Funeral service will be conducted 5 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2023, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Jeff Garrett.
