Victoria Ann Miller, 51, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Born on March 28, 1974, in Jacksonville, FL, she was the daughter of Sarah Eileen Watts and the late Fred Watts. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Miller; infant daughter, Kasey Miller, and her grandson, Jackson Fulton. In addition to her mother, Sarah Watts, she is survived by her daughter, Stephanie (Joseph Fulton) Miller; grandson, Jasper Fulton; siblings, Freda Blake, Fred Watts, Jr., and Margaret Walker; best friend, Erin Edmonds, and several nieces and nephews. Vickie was the life of the party. She was a true friend and the strength of her family. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
