Vincent whom I worked with for 34 of the 50 years he was employed at Calgon Carbon Corporation was also a childhood friend. A big hard working man always seen, heard and loved. Rest in peace my friend. Kathy Tyson McClain
Vinny and my dad worked together at Calgon, and every so often, Vinny would burn CDs for me and send them home with my dad. The music he shared was completely outside of what I would’ve discovered on my own, yet so many of those artists became lifelong favorites of mine.
I still have every one of those CDs and listen to them often. They mean even more to me now—not just because CDs themselves have become such a thing of the past, but because Vinny took the time to make them for me and share something he loved. It was such a thoughtful gift, and it’s a memory I’ll always cherish.
