Virginia Ann Armstrong , 70, of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday September 27, 2023 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. She was born June 23, 1953 in Huntington, WV to the late Harold and Trelma Elaine Meadows Jenkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Joe Porter; sister Barbara Jean Thompson; and brother Eugene Young. She is survived by one son Kenny Porter; daughter Jennifer Leffingwell; 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; two brothers Roger Jenkins and Jimmy Jenkins; one sister Brenda Thornhill; and several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
