Virginia Lynn Clay, 63, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Riverview Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born on September 15, 1962, in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her mother Virginia Burge. She is survived by her father William Burge and companion Fred Williams. There will be no services held.
