Virginia E. Davis, 83, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on July 15, 2026, at Abbyshire Place in Bidwell, OH. Born on August 18, 1942, in Proctorville, OH, she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Lewis Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Davis; 2 sons, Joey Singer and Eric (Rachel) Davis; grandson, Tyler Davis; brother, Ray (Leona) Jones; niece, Lisa Ferguson, and brother-in-law, Jerry Hayes. Virginia was a member of New Beginnings Church. She is survived by her son, Clarence “Cat” (Michelle) Davis; daughter, Pam Singer; grandchildren, Scott Singer, Catlin Davis, Coty (Stephan) Davis, Colton Davis, Jozie Singer, Trevor Davis, Logan Davis, Kaedan Davis, Isiah Hamlin; great-grandchildren, Codi Grace, Crosslyn Rose, Xander Michael, Azayla Jade, and Baby Davis; 2 brothers, Tom (Nancy) Jones and Billy Jones; sister, Carol Hayes, and several nieces and nephews. Special Thank You to Abbyshire Place and hospice. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, July 20, 2026, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH.
