Ms. Wagoner was a gracious neighbor to my parents. She tolerated dad's antics as well as the yapping dog much more graciously than I imagine I would have! One of my favorite memories was when she attended dad's 75th birthday celebration. She was talking with my sisters, and commented on the large gathering of grandkids on the weekends and how lively they were. When the offer was extended for her to join us at any time, her response was, 'I enjoy you from afar.' We have laughed about that many times. She was very kind at the time my mother passed and was very considerate toward dad in the months during his illness. She was loved by her neighbors and admired for her tenacity.
