Vivian C. Carter 1926 - 2017
Vivian C. Carter, 90, of South Point, Ohio passed away Sunday January 29, 2017 at Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio. She was born May 11, 1926 in Willliamsburg, Ohio to the late Clyde and Olive Harry. She was a member of Chesapeake Pentecostal Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul L. Carter. She is survived by one son Clyde Carter of South Point; two daughters Patricia Jordan of Fleming Island, FL and Carolyn McLeod of Bryceville, Fl; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with a funeral service at 7 p.m. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, Ohio by Minister Clyde Carter.
