Walter Ray McClure's Obituary
Walter Ray Mclure, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 23, 2025, at St. Mary’s Hospital at the age of 68. Ray was preceded in death by his father, Walter Ray McClure Sr. and mother, Annie Maynard McClure. He was born on March 2, 1957. In Ray’s leisure time, he liked to make custom archery equipment and cruise the highway on his Harley. Ray marched to the beat of his own drum and followed his own path through life. He grew up in Athalia, OH, but lived most of his life in Georgia. He moved back to the Proctorville area to be close to his sister. Ray is survived by his sister, Deborah McClure Browning and many others who will miss him. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family.
