Walter "J-Rod" Patrick Jr.'s Obituary
Walter “J-Rod” Patrick Jr, 64, of Troy, OH, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Kettering Health Hospital, Dayton, OH. He was born on July 10, 1960, in Inez, KY, to the late Walter and Ruby Patrick. He was also preceded in death by two sisters Louise Kirk and Laura Patrick. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a retired truck driver. He loved fishing, traveling, and spending time with his dogs and grandkids. He is survived by his wife Tammy Patrick; nine children Andrew (Erica) Patrick, Shawn (Shaye) Patrick, Jacob Patrick, Charlie (Eric) Doerr, Samuel Patrick, Joshua Johnston, Caleb Johnston (Samantha), Seth Rice (Lexi), and Shane Rice; grandchildren Wesley and Mikey Lou Patrick, Colson and Elijah Patrick, Aubrey Patrick, Emerson, Sofie, and Jameson Rice, Andrew, Riley, and Jackson Johnston, and Gabriel and Malachi Rice; two sisters Regina (Bobby) Hostutler and Genevieve Patrick; brother Gary (Natalie) Kirk; two special sisters-in-law Carolyn Reynolds and Gerri Gannon; brother-in-law Tony Kirk; lifelong friend Bob Simpkins; friends George and Heather Sayger; and several other good friends. Visitation will be held from 12 to 2 P.M. Sunday, March 30, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. A Private Family Burial will take place.
