Dear Paula, my family and I were good friends of your parents. Your father was especially very kind to me! He was my mechanic for many many years when I worked in downtown Johnstown. If he needed to do work on my car, I would drop it off at his garage and he would deliver it to me at work! He did this numerous times for me if it was a big job! I was always impressed how your mother knew as much as he did about fixing cars and even assisted him on many occasions. I think they got in each other's hair once in awhile but they were a great team. I haven't seen them since I retired in 2011 and always wanted to stop by to say hello to them but unfortunately I waited too long. My deepest sympathy to you, your family and your brother.
