Wanda Sue Kincaid's Obituary
Wanda Sue Kincaid, 70, of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Legacy Riverview, South Point, Ohio. She was born December 16, 1952, in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Woodrow and Juanita Harless. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Phyllis Porter, Gale Harless, Jean Walters and Barbara Harless; and one brother, Homer Harless. She was a longtime residential VA care worker at the VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Wanda is survived by her husband, Frank Kincaid; one son Woodrow Kincaid (Lori); granddaughter Jenna Dial (Zack), one great grandson, Winston Dial; one sister, Pam Walters (Kerry); and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Johnny Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
