Wilbur Allen Day, 76, of Huntington, WV beloved husband of Myrna Gaye Elkins Day passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born February 26, 1941 in Lawrence County, Ohio son of the late William E. Day and Sylvia Dunfee Day. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death his very special son Corey Shane “Buck” Day; and his sister Kay Day. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Connie Hensley, son and best friend Steve (Sue) Day, Angie (Aaron) Littlejohn, Lana (Deniz) Null; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; his brother and sister Jim (Donna) Day and Mary Waybright; very special friends Gary Adkins, Terry Hile, Frank Fowler and Bud Edwards. Wilbur was a hard working man, dedicated to his family and will be forever missed. A private family graveside service will be held at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
