Willard James Wiley, 62, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Avanell Tackett Wiley and one brother Paul Gene Wiley. He is survived by his two daughters Misty Cloud of Florida and Mandy Wiley of West Virginia; two grandchildren Shawn Michael Miller and Chelsie Renee Wiley; one great granddaughter Khaliana Faye Wiley; four brothers Danny Wiley of Proctorville, OH, Andrew Wiley of Ironton, OH; Timmy Wiley of Wayne, WV; and Michael Wiley of Salt Rock, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 11 AM to 12 Noon, Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
