William Ashworth Farnsworth, 70, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. He was born on January 7, 1953, in Huntington, WV. To the late Charles and Freda Mayes Farnsworth. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda Farnsworth; son Terry Leap and brother Charles Farnsworth. He is survived by one daughter, Kathy Adkins; four grandchildren, Roy Leap, Melissa Hale, Allen Adkins (Tawania) and Jessica Childers (James); ten great grandchildren, Madison Plybon, Mahalia Plybon, Cristian Plybon, Savannah Adkins, Ariana Hale, Caiden Hale, Carson Childers, Aden Childers, Brycen Childers, and Deacon Childers whom he loved dearly; one sister, Judy Dituro; and brother David Farnsworth. William loved spending time with his family. A Gathering will be held from 5 to 7 P.M. Monday, September 11, 2023, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
