William Clifford Jackson 1932 - 2017
William Clifford Jackson, 84, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born October 2, 1932 in Lawrence County, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father Donald Jackson and his mother Edith Spiller; his daughter Brenda J. Hendriex; and grandson Monroe Jackson. He is survived by his beloved wife Ruth Jane Jackson of Proctorville, Ohio; a daughter Sandra (Charlie) Pennington of South Point, Ohio; two sons C. Gregory Jackson of Hamilton, Ohio and Edward L. Jackson of Jamestown, Ohio; ten grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and a host of cousins and friends. He was a former employee of BASF, Creative Kitchens, Townhouse Kitchens, Woody’s Kitchens and Appalachian Home Center. He retired from Mayo Kitchen and Bath. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, May 8, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Rev. Gary Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. There will be no visitation. If friends should desire memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Medical Center Foundation in memory of William Clifford Jackson.
