William Garrett Lowry's Obituary
William Garrett Lowry, peacefully joined his Lord and Savior on January 7th, 2026, following a brief illness at the age of 90, with family at his side. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Colonel and Gustava Lowry, and his sister, Donna Powell. He is survived by his former wife and mother of his children, Linda Lou Lowry; his son, Michael Garrett Lowry; daughter, Andrea Lynn Lowry; grandson, Andrew Garrett Lowry; niece, Ann Elizabeth Powell; nephew, Steven Garrett Powell; dear friends from bingo, Christine Taggart, Todd Hardy, and companion animals, Chocco and Skippy. He will be remembered and missed tremendously by us all.
Per his request, arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, with a private service to be held at a later date.
