William Moser's Obituary
William Moser, 39, of Proctorville, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 21, 2020. He was born May 21, 1980. His friends called him “Bill Bill” and his family called him “Billy”, but his favorite name of all was being called “Daddy”. Anywhere he went he didn’t meet a stranger. You would never meet someone who didn’t like Billy, because he had the biggest heart of all. There wasn’t a thing he couldn’t do or fix. His dad John Moser preceded him in death; along with his grandparents Arnold and Louise Holland. He is survived by his mother, Kay Moser; his son Ryder; his girlfriend Tamera Weekley; brother Charlie (Vanessa) Moser; his nieces Maya and Emma Moses; his aunt Kathy Nicholas; and his special friend Marty Holland. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
