William Pelfrey's Obituary
William "Billy" Pelfrey II, 36, of Huntington, WV, passed away Friday April 9, 2021 at home. He was born September 26, 1984 in Point Pleasant, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Bill Pelfrey; a sister Paula Bailey, maternal grandparents Bernard and Mary Winals; daughter DeClyva Pelfry and nephew Kyle Matthew Bailey. He is survived by his parents Paul and Melody Bailey; wife Crystal Pelfrey; one daughter Kaydence Pelfrey; one son Ryan Ballard; four brothers Greg, Troy, Darren, and Jimmy Bailey; three sisters Tiffany Bailey, Beverly Sweeny, and Candace Bailey; several nieces and nephews; and one special nephew Chad Bailey. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday April 14, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
